How to use

The wobble board is designed to challenge and test your skills. Please do not use this equipment without understanding its purpose and function.

Always use your common sense, and consulting a physician is always appropriate before exercising on the wobble board.

Simply adjust to desired level

Balancing 2 feet

Forward backward rocking

Balance 1 foot

Squating on 2 and 1 feet

Throw and grab ball

Jump to wobbleboard – Advanced!
